LYFE LEGACY LLC strives to provide reliable and timely shipping.  We are not responsible for delays, loss our damage it items during transit due to factors beyond our control.  Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  We encourage customers to track their packages with the tracking number provided if their confirmation email.  Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance our to file a claim

Shipping Policy

We only ship within the U.S at this time.  Do to most products being made to order please allow to weeks processing time before items are shipped.  We reserve the right to delay processing for holidays.  We do not ship to any P.O. Boxes.  Email confirmation with tracking number included will be sent once items ship.

Shipping Policy includes

Lost or damaged items should be handled by carrier.  Customers are responsible for shipping rates.
